A passion for great beer and awesome pub atmosphere led 42 year veteran restaurant and pub owner Gary Johnson to create his “swan song” of establishments. Ahead of the curve, Mill Creek Brewpub started making intriguing craft beer back in 1997, the only brewery in the valley at the time.

Pulling all his friends into crafting the ultimate pub experience, he had the visually-striking building drafted up by his good architect friend. One of the great features of the brewpub is the Maple fireplace and massive beer-garden patio.

If you have ever been to Walla Walla, you know that this is the premier place to be. The Brewpub continues to be one of the best values in town for food and beer.

Mario Leós has been the kitchen supervisor for the past 7 years, and his fish tacos are to die for.

Michael Malott is the brewmeister and delivers consistent quality with all four hand crafted beers.

The bar is a busy place featuring many Walla Walla wines, beer and mixed drinks served at all times. If you’re visiting this area, make sure to include a stop at the Brewpub.

The Mill Creek BrewPub offers daily drink and food specials throughout the week, as well as a variety of our own beers brewed in-house. We also offer a selection of house wines, wine by the bottle, and a large variety of spirits. Don't forget to eat! The chefs at the Mill Creek Brewpub will cook you up your choice of delicious pub food ranging from gourmet burgers, fish tacos, steak, fresh salads, sandwiches, fish n chips, salmon fillets, and much more! Minors are welcome at all times throughout the establishment.

Mike strives to deliver the utmost quality and consistency to the craft beers developed at Mill Creek Brewpub. With a formal brewing education from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland (one of the oldest brewing schools in the world), Mike brings a wealth of traditional and technical knowledge to the Millcreek Brewpub.

While pursuing a formal education, Mike won the Maltmen Award by the oldest tradehouse in Glasgow, Scotland for outstanding academic performance.

Shortly after graduating, Mike and his good friend won a worldwide sustainable brewing contest sponsored by Carlsberg and Sustainia for their idea to reclaim energy from waste effluent in brewing systems.
